Canister fiulter media for arowana

Dear Alex.
Can u advice on what media i should use in a canister filter for my aquarium i have four silver auro fries.
I am having four layers in the canister filter model Dolphin 1600 C.
Starting from bottom to top I using sponge filter in level one and then at level 2 iam using bio creamic cubes.
level 3 iam using activated carbon
level four iam using sponge filter again.
I have added some ammonia rocks to the filter
IS this advisable for auro
