arrowana wont feed

hi ive just got a pair of silver arrowanas about 24 incs long they have always been together they have been in my tank for two weeks now after a week one of them started to eat but the other one has not they both look very healthy ive heard this is normal after a move ive feed them the same food as ther other owner fed them can anyone offer some advice thanks
