Where can I buy Nala-Gram ?

Hi,
I have a problem finding this kind of medication call Nala-Gram Capsules from the local aquarium store. This kind of medication can cure a few kinds of disease. Such as, Neon Tetra Disease (acute distress, erratic swimming, gasping, loss of color and death). Malawi Boat (abdominal swelling and infection in African Cichlids). Swollen Belly Disease (abdominal swelling commonly seen in Goldfish). Gill Disease (rapid gill pumping and gasping)
