Hi Frankwai,
52 inches by 24 by 24 will be enough for the moment, but it is a known fact that silvers can grow very large, so you may need to change tank again. Probably anything 5 ft by 2.5 ft or 2.5ft and above would do fine.
Also, since your red parrot is 7 inches, it will bicker or bite the arowanas.
