Hi Bob,
In a way, yes, there is a different, Super Red is a general CATEGORY name given to all the Red Arowanas which have better grades and colouration. While Chili Red is a name given to a particular type of Super Red which signifies the different intensity of the colour from other Super Reds. This is different it from other Categories like the Golden Arowanas and Green Arowana.
However, in a way, both are also just a name given to Red Arowanas.
Hope this is not confusing.
