Hi,
To have good feelers, make sure you have sufficient space and the fishes be fed well with meat-based food like frogs, feeders etc.
When using feeders, be sure to quarantine them as they can lead to diseases.
Last, in some cases where the feelers are permanently damaged(after observing for a while), you have to cut them off so that they can grow out straight again.
Never cut the feelers at the roots.
