Hi TPY,
I get my Ketapam from Clementi Blk 328, but they should be availble almost everywhere else.
They come in $1 packs and contains about 25 dried leaves. They can also be picked if you know where to get them, but would have to be cleaned and dried well.
Like Luc had mentioned, Ketapam is not entirely identical to Blackwater. Blackwater contains other ingredients like vitamins and some other properties.
