Sick Arrowana HELP HELP

I have recently bought a new baby RTG. I have had it for only 2 weeks, and it was doing fine. Then when I was doing a 30% water change I just finished putting in the last batch of water then my area had a black out for 8 HOURS. Then when I woke up in the morning it had two dark spots and seems to be holding down his tail, while only his head is errected and seems to be the only functioning part. I know it is sick but I need help cause I'm freakin' out over here. Some one HELP!!! Please email me @ hirache9@aol.com
