Please refer to the "Feeding" section of this website, it is best you can provide your fish with few varieties of food for all nutritious. Feeding shrimps together with feeder fish is minimum requirement for healthy growth. Lighting/sunlight do play a part in fish color development and freshwater lobster is not a good tankmate.
