Thank you for your reply. One question: When is the purple core first appear on the fish (size-wise)? The reason why I ask is because most of these fishes are being sold at about 6 to 7 inches in size. Obviously, at places where there is no scanner, buyers would have to rely on visual appearances to judge if they've got the right fish from their "Agent".

Luc, are you saying Ruby Chilli Red and Violet Fusion Super Red are not as good as Purple Red?
