Luc,need your information in Fish tank size in HDB flate

Hello Luc and everybody,
Do heard about HDB have tank size limitation.
My colleague his brother keep RTG want to have a 6Ft tank and he go to apply(HDB) saddly rejected.
And the Quarium shop in Tampines street 21 tell me the fish tank size is up to 7 feet.
Due to most feedback about my fish tank is too small i decide to upgrade to 6Ft.
Please feedback any experience or information
