Hi Chong,
4 fishes is still too little.
Arowanas will fight no matter how many fishes you have together. It is the extend of the injury we are talking about here.
Moreover, mixing many fishes together it will be harder to take care of every fishes since some will lag behind in terms of growth, color developments, health, hygenes is another problems, unless the tank is real big with super filters.
