XBACK just don't want to eat

Hi guys,
Not a sign of weakness or tiredness by looking at my Xback but fact is, she hasn't been eating at all during the past 15 to 16 days. Water condition has changed to 95% crystal clear but she is very jumpy on every bits of movement. Light still off since then and water change every 2 days ie 30%. Salt added with Cycle bacteria added each time. Room temp w/o heater.
My brother couldn't believe that she hasn't eat for 15 to 16days with the way she is swimming. What's wrong with my fish? Ph at 6.5, ammonia zero and fish is in perfect condition.
Can anyone help or experience such situation before? Thanks.
